| I've been able to see my work go from concept to execution, which is very rewarding. As part of the operations team, my role is to translate our client's vision into the campaign from media planning to sharing visual production ideas, and crafting ad copies and landing pages. | I enjoy the ability to explore and learn at my own pace. There is room for experimenting especially when it comes to copywriting and designing banners for campaigns. The environment here isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo as well. There isn’t a clear hierarchical system which allows people to agree to disagree on certain things. I enjoy this as it allows people to have their own opinions and learn from their perspectives. Furthermore, everyone takes their work very seriously but when it comes to fun events, everyone would attempt to join in. Work hard and play hard is definitely one of the many mottos in CT. |
