Digital Marketing,
Account Servicing Executive
You'll lead a team of designers, campaign optimisers and writers to deliver exceptional returns on our client's marketing campaigns, whether it is generating enquiries or driving awareness for a brand or product. We are looking for a competent, detail-oriented, service-focused individual to help our clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
We want candidates who are willing to or can already:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships throughout their journey with us
- Onboard new clients into clickTRUE's campaign process
- Interact regularly with clients through telephone calls, email, and online or face-to-face meetings to discuss and understand their current marketing needs
- Provide consultation, strategy, and media plans for clients based on their business objectives
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Proofread and maintain the quality of all outgoing deliverables
- Analyse, interpret and present campaign reports to the client
- Develop a thorough understanding of internal tools and processes, and become an expert on our core service offerings to clients
- Work closely with the sales and other cross-functional teams to manage and launch the client's campaign on time
- Meet campaign timelines and deliverables in a timely fashion
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with strategic media plan & consultative presentations
- Oversee campaign delivery plus identify up-sell opportunities with the sales team
- Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Stay informed about updates on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other digital advertising platforms

- You can multitask without breaking much of a sweat (assessed when you can keep focus and a smile while having clients, team-mates and managers asking for stuff to be done at the same time);
- You have good time-management ability (we don’t want to micro-manage you!)
- You get irritated with the state of some websites and advertisements and you would want to help clients stand out from the crowd
- You want to be always learning and evolving in your chosen profession
Extra points when we assess your application:
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role and have relevant experience in project management, sales, digital marketing, customer service, and/or account management in advertising / creative / digital agency environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too)
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Advertising / Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent
- Proficient in English to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved
- Able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns at the same time
- Understand digital advertising success metrics
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Understand the needs of clients and translate requirements into campaign briefs for documentation
