Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in understanding clients’ business and goals, target audience, competitive landscape, market trends, marketing plans, and challenges to propose the best-fit service packages.
  • Generate new leads through an inbound approach by building trust and educating prospects who may be interested in our services through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to provide more information, address concerns, and nurture the relationship.
  • Conduct account analysis and preparation, assessing client needs, and preparing professional sales recommendations tailored to each client’s business.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within guidelines.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales efforts, such as preparing proposals and contracts and scheduling and conducting client meetings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Project Management, to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years of proven sales consultancy experience in media or digital marketing industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to create trust and build relationships
  • Digital marketing savvy



Extra Points If You Have:

  • Experience with any CRM software.
  • Experience with the HubSpot platform.
  • Proven success in achieving quotas.
